At Soyaconcept, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Register Your Return
Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and the reason for the return.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure the garments are unworn and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized parcel shop. Keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund has been processed and confirmed via email.
